I'm Rhea, esthetician and tattoo artist. I focus on permanent makeup and skincare. My specialties include natural powder brows and combo brows, which are similar to microblading, only better. As for skincare, I prefer a mix of relaxation and targeted results. I draw from multiples lines and modalities, choosing the best of the best that garners true resultws and skin transformations.
Originally from Reno, NV I studied esthetics in Soho, NYC circa 2008 and moved to Portland in 2013. I started by working in larger spas to learn as much as possible, and started my own business in 2017.
I am constantly continuing my education whether it be for permanent makeup or skin theory, and take a creative approach to both specialties, whether it be curating a specific treatment regimen or constructing the perfect brows to frame the face.

NEW CLIENT FACIAL $165 / 1.5 HOURS
Start here for beautiful skin! This service includes a classic facial, as well as a consultation and regimen suggestions depending on specific skincare needs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
RADIANCE FACIAL $175 / 1.5 HOURS
This facial uses a surgical blade to remove all peach fuzz and hair from the face while lightly exfoliating your skin. Paired with a gentle lactic acid peel, moisturizing masque, and potent vitamin C booster for a lit-from-within glow.
BEYOND BOTOX FACIAL $195 / 1.5 HOURS
This facial includes everything with the Radiance Facial , as well as a tightening peptide mask to boost circulation which literally lifts the skin for a youthful appearance.
ULTIMATE FACIAL $215 / 2 HOURS
This facial is the ultimate in skin decadence. All the goodies included with a classic facial, plus a lactic acid peel(aka the glow-getter), dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, specialty treatment masque, in addition to a professional Vitamin C booster. Extensive facial, neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage and lymphatic drainage included. Why not treat yourself?
FACE REALITY CONSULTATION AND FACIAL $125 / 1 HOUR
Proven to be an an effective course against all types of acne, this product line caters products and treatments to every individual. We will address lifestyle, skincare, food triggers, and supplements. An acne handout is included and results are DRAMATIC if followed.
MICRONEEDLING $300 / 2 HOURS
An advanced procedure which strengthens the skin and addresses a multitude of concerns including fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne, and scarring. A series of 4 treatments is recommended for maximum results.
TOOTH GEMS $60+ / 30 minutes

Policies

Deposits: a $100 deposit is required to schedule all permanent makeup bookings This ensures you are committed to yourself and the treatment.
Changes / Cancellations: Cancellation two days prior to the appointment results in no charge, cancellation one day prior to the appointment results in a 50% of the service fee charge, same day cancellations and no-shows result in a 100% of the service fee charge. Thank you for respecting our time.
Permanent Makeup Preparation to insure the BEST RESULTS:
-no caffeine morning of appointment
-no alcohol within 48 hours of appointment
-no active skincare ingredients one week prior to appointment
-no tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin, or other pain medication within 24 hours of appointment
-brows must stay dry for 24 hours after appointment so please plan accordingly
-no steam rooms, swimming, saunas, hot tubs, or heavy exercise for one week post service
